Hotel Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

NORMAL: 1-4 days

Cancellations must be made before 12 p.m 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room.

SPECIAL: 5 o more days

Cancellations must be made before 12 p.m 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge 30% of the total amount of your stay.

* For these conditions, an early departure fee of 60€ will be charge if guests check out prior to the departure date. Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations.

SMALL GROUPS: 4-6 rooms

Cancellations must be made before 12 p.m 15 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of 30% of the total amount of your stay.

LARGE GROUPS: more than 6 rooms

In order for a group reservation / long term reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the full stay including tax is required.

Group reservations can be cancelled free of charge up till 8 weeks prior to arrival date. The 50% deposit is fully refundable.

- Reservations cancelled 8-4 weeks prior to arrival date incur a penalty of 50% of the full stay including tax.

- Reservations cancelled 4 weeks or less prior to arrival date incur the full stay including tax.

- Updated reservations are accepted up to 4 weeks.

 ADITIONAL POLICIES:

All taxes are included, with the exception of city tax, which will be charged at 0,72€ per person per night and is payable to the hotel directly.

FIRST NIGHT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, AND WILL BE DEBITED FROM CREDIT CARDS TWO DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

NO SHOWS - If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of all reserved nights plus applicable taxes.

CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD:

We do reserve the right to charge your card in the following instances:

  • For any damage done to your hotel room during your stay that is discovered after you have left the hotel.
  • For the price of the room in the case of late cancellation or no show as per our cancellation policy(please see above)
  • Some days before arrival as a gurantee(please read above).
  • For the cost of a deep clean in the event you smoke in your room or bathroom. This is clearly stated on the room notices.
  • If you leave the hotel without settling your room  or bar bill.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Privacy Policies

Cancellation Policy

- For rooms : Cancellations and no show with no charge, must be made up to 48hours prior to arrival. This is defined as being before 12pm on the day before you are due to stay.For all cancellations made after 48 hours, the hotel will have the right to charge 100% of ONLY the first night.Two days before arrival we will charge the first night amount as a deposit to guarantee.

- For family rooms and apartments : cancellations and no show with no charge,  must be made up to 4 days prior to arrival. For all cancellations made after 4 days, the hotel will have the right to charge 100% of ONLY the first night. Four days before arrival we will charge the first night amount as a deposit to guarantee.

- For small groups : cancellations and no show must be made up to 10 days prior to arrival. For all cancellations made after these 10 das, the hotel will have the right to charge 100% of only the first night of each room. Ten days before arrival we will charge the first night amount as a deposit to guarantee.

- For large groups : Cancellations or no show with no charge must be made up to 1 month before arrival. For all cancellations made after  1 month, the hotel will have the right to charge 100% of only the first night of each room. One month before arrival we will charge the first night amount as a deposit to guarantee.

- For stays of more than a week: cancellations and no show with no charge must be made up to 1 week before arrival. For all cancellations made after 1 week, the hotel will have the right to charge 30% of the total reservation. One week before arrival we will charge the 30% of total stay as a deposit to guarantee.

BOOKING CONDITIONS ON-LINE

To make a reservation "on line", the user must fill out the "book online" link on the Web and follow the steps of the booking process that you define. After this process, including the registration process on the Web to identify the user, the reservation is sent electronically to HOSTERIA GRAU for processing.

On bookings covered by these general conditions:

1 .- HOSTERIA GRAU keeps in their computer systems, records or logs of the shipment.

2 .- During the booking process HOSTERIA GRAU offers customers the following data validation systems:

- Checking the correct format credit card

- Checking the correct format for the NIF, CIF, Green Card or other proof

- Validation of the leadership at the city, province and postal code

- Validation of the correct format of an email

- Validating the Client's name

- Telephone number format  

3 .- All HOSTERIA GRAU reservations will be formalized in any of the languages ??offered by the Web: Castilian, Catalan, English, French and German.

4 .- HOSTERIA GRAU send to the customer the booking confirmation by email within twenty-four hours after receiving the reservation request.

Applicable taxes.

Prices of products displayed on the website HOSTERIA GRAU NOT included Value Added Tax (VAT), if any, is appropriate to apply.

Payment.

HOSTERIA GRAU requests a credit card number to guarantee your reservation. Payment is carried out according to the booking conditions of each room.
